I have been imagining what my future workplace will look like before I step into my career life. Is it a place where is filled with deceits and wrongs and quarrellings. Or is it a place where there are many beauties and handsome boys? Or is it a place where I will be appreciated by my superiors with my own hard work and efforts? I thought of countless possibilities. Finally, I meet him in that beautiful spring day-Gold Gain International Group Limited. It has been a month since we met, be acquainted with each other and knew each other very well.I completely fall in love with this big family-GGIT.

Perhaps you may laugh at me for the words “ fall in love”. However, I only want to say you will also fall in love with him and be impressed by his warmth and glamour if you come to GGIT and get along with the little friends of GGIT for some time, and if try to fit yourself in and get to know about him.
The annual outward training of GGIT begins on the beautiful day of 17th May. To be precise, this is a big reunion of GGIT family because we can have fun together and have moving together. During these two days of training, we played many group games, such as, to pad balls with a round board, to carry a bucket of water to the safety zone, life and death minefield, Dragon pulling contest, to pass a thorny way together.

All of us had a great time during the whole training process. This is a highly competitive team. In the daily works, every members of the team do what they can do to earn new customers and to develop great customers’ relationships. These positive spirits have been fully brought out in the games. For example, in the game of padding balls with a round board, all of the team members should tighten the ropes, through pulling the ropes to make the volleyball consistently dancing in the middle of the board. In this game, someone’s hands was hurt by the rough ropes while someone even fell down with sweat dipping through the flushed faces, but everyone was still focusing on pulling the ropes and keeping the ball jumping ups and downs in the board. Only the loud and clear voice rang through the playground: No.31, No. 32, No. 33…

This is a strong and united team. Team members are doing their best to collaborate with each other in the Cooking Contest. Either none-experienced or the well-experienced members, they focusing on washing or building stoves or specializing in cooking, everyone was making their great efforts to help cooking the dinner.

This is a special team they trust each other, and have a strong sense of gratitude and full of great passion and love. The last event ‘Hand in Hand in the Stormy Life Road’, every members were walking forward with the guidance of the people in front of themselves. My partner in front of me would remind me when there was an obstacle ahead. She would raise her hands to remind me when there was a step, or moved her hands in circles to let me turn around to avoid it, or pulled me down to prompt me to bend down. I completely trusted her and stalked away without a trace of fear. I believe that the partner in front her, the partner in front of everyone would sincerely and tried their best to remind the partners behind them and hoped that they wouldn’t get hurt. Just like working in GGIT, the predecessors went out of their way to leave some tips and signs on the way that they had passed, hoping their partner who came into GGIT later would not be hurt by the same damage and helping them to avoid detour. These were the marks of love.

There is a lot of fascination in GGIT, which can’t be listed each one of them. There are still a lot of things that I haven’t found. I have found so many shining points just for a month. I believe that I will find more about GGIT in the future and she will grow more attractive. I am looking forward that she will be more outstanding and you will fall in love with her.
